Primary and Secondary School

As mentioned on the Public Engagement page, there are a variety of ways to get involved in widening participation activities. Those specifically catered around teaching activities include researchers in residence, careers talks etc. and can be discussed with the Leeds Educational Engagement team.

Alternatively, you can join sites like STEM Ambassadors and the National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement where you can create a profile and connect to schools in your area who are interested in getting scientists in to do some teaching.
