These is a wealth of training opportunities available through both the University and the Faculty that you can take advantage of. These training sessions range from academic and transferable skills to careers support and guidance sessions.

The Organisational Development and Professional Learning (OD&PL) department of the University offer centralised training for a variety of skills, including CV writing, leadership skills and finding your key strengths.

Their website offers a variety of information to help research staff development as well as opportunities to discover non-research based career options. In addition, they run an annual Research Staff Conference that offers a great opportunity to engage in a variety of training options.
